By accessing and using Convertix (https://conversiontools.telugudjsongs.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Convertix provides free online image conversion, editing, and utility tools. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without authorization; use automated scripts or bots to access the service beyond normal usage patterns; attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures; use the service for any unlawful purpose; or redistribute our tools or embed them on other sites without permission.

We reserve the right to block access from any IP address or user that violates these terms.

4. File Upload Policy

You retain all rights to images you upload. By uploading files, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process and convert the file as requested. All uploaded files are automatically deleted within 10 minutes. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload.

5. Service Limitations

Maximum file upload size is 50MB for standard tools and 100MB for professional formats. Batch processing is limited to 20 files per operation. Rate limits apply to prevent abuse: 30 requests per minute and 200 per hour. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

The Convertix name, logo, website design, and tool implementations are our intellectual property. The underlying open-source libraries we use (GD Library, ImageMagick) are subject to their own licenses.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that conversions will be error-free, that specific formats will always be available, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Image quality may vary depending on source format, target format, and quality settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Convertix be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, image quality degradation, or service interruptions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
